The 168 hours of Colorado Real Estate Broker Qualifying Education is comprised of mandatory courses required by the Colorado Division of Real Estate – Enroll Today. The mandatory courses will prepare an applicant to pass the state and national portion of the real estate broker examination.

48 Hours in Colorado Contracts and Regulations
8 Hours in Trust Accounts and Record Keeping
8 Hours in Current Legal Issues
24 Hours in Real Estate Closings
32 Hours in Practical Applications

Student Complaints
Attempting to resolve any issue with the School first is strongly encouraged. Student Complaints may be brought to the attention of the Division of Private Occupational Schools online at highered.colorado.gov/dpos, 303-862-3001. There is a two-year limitation from the date the student discontinues his/her training at the school on filing a complaint with the Division.
